    Size: 25" x 36"
    Weight: 19 g/m²

Made from 100% Japanese Kozo grown in Niigata.

Uda-su: An original su (bamboo screen) idea developed by Yasuo Kobayashi, where bamboo strips of differing widths are woven alternately to create more depth in the laid lines.

Kadoide Washi is made by utilizing the cold and snowy climate of Niigata, Japan.
Locally grown Kozo is harvested, steamed to remove the bark, then thrown on the snow to bleach (yukizarashi). This paper is made entirely by hand without any use of machines or chemicals. Warm, natural color that is excellent for conservation use, especially repairing of old documents.

    *Variation may occur between batches.
