Return Policy

No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns. 

There are no exchanges or returns for paper. Due to the fragile nature of paper, requests for refunds will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Items which are accepted upon Hiromi Paper's discretion as exchangeable, returnable or refundable are subject to a minimum of a 25% restocking fee.*

In addition, items which were shipped will not have shipping charges refunded or applied to exchange orders.

Reporting Damage, Discrepancies and Shortages
Shortage, discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within three business days of shipment receipt.

Packages should be inspected upon arrival from the carrier immediately. If any damage is visible, inform the carrier and Hiromi Paper right away for an inspection report to be started.

A restocking fee of 25% (minimum) may apply.

*Papers that were damaged in transit due to shipper neglect are not subject to this fee if reported within 3 business days of receipt.
